Warranty Policy

Warranty Provider: INAIRspace (“INAIRspace,” “we,” “us”). Warranty Recipient: You, as a customer who has purchased a product and/or related services either from us or an authorized channel.
INAIRspace Products and related services come with this INAIRspace Limited Warranty Policy (the "Warranty"). We provide this Warranty in strict compliance with applicable laws, and you may also have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction. By accepting these terms, purchasing, or using our product or services, you confirm that you understand this Warranty is a legally binding document and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Please read the entire contents carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products or services.
Please note: If you are a consumer, this Warranty adds to, and does not exclude, limit, suspend, reduce, or take away any rights you have under applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of consumer goods in your jurisdiction.
If any term in this Warranty is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms will not be affected or impaired.

Scope of Warranty

Subject to the “Policy for damage or faults not covered by the INAIRspace Warranty” below, this Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of INAIRspace Products contained in their original packaging, when used normally and in accordance with INAIRspace’s guidelines. INAIRspace guarantees that its Products will function substantially in accordance with their accompanying product documentation during the Warranty Period (as defined below), under their intended and normal use.
This Warranty only applies to INAIRspace-Branded product(s) purchased directly from INAIRspace's officially authorized channels and contained in their original packaging ("INAIRspace Product(s)"). It does not apply to any non-INAIRspace branded product(s), even if they are packaged or sold with INAIRspace Product(s). Products purchased through any unauthorized channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new), are not covered by this Warranty. If you purchased your product from a third-party seller who is not an authorized INAIRspace channel, please refer to that seller's warranty policy. Furthermore, this Warranty only applies in countries or regions where we ship to and provide support.
INAIRspace does not guarantee that the operation of INAIRspace Product(s) will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Warranty Duration

The warranty period for INAIRspace products or services is one (1) year from the date your INAIRspace Product is delivered to you by INAIRspace or our authorized channels (the “Warranty Period”). If you are a consumer and our Warranty Period is shorter than any mandatory warranty coverage prescribed by the applicable laws of your country or region, the longer time period prescribed by those applicable laws will apply.

Repair Terms

If your INAIRspace Product is defective within the Warranty Period, INAIRspace will, at our option, either replace or repair it for free ("Warranty Service"), subject to the following conditions:
  1. Request Assistance: First, please follow the instructions under "Making a claim under the INAIRspace Warranty" below to request our assessment and assistance.
  2. Product Assessment: Once we receive your INAIRspace Product for Warranty Service (in compliance with the "Making a claim under the INAIRspace Warranty" steps), our after-sales service station will test it. We may contact you for additional information during this process.
  3. Outcome Options: After testing, we'll contact you with one of the following options:
    1. Covered Defect: If your INAIRspace Product is found to have a defect covered by the Scope of this Warranty, we'll repair or exchange it (at our sole discretion) for free and return the repaired product or replacement to you at our cost. You won't be charged for shipping and handling costs for repairs or replacements under this Warranty.
    2. Uncovered Malfunction: If we determine the malfunction is not covered by the Scope of this Warranty, you can choose to use our repair service for a fee (plus shipping and handling), or you can ask for the original INAIRspace Product to be returned to you (in which case you'll be charged shipping and handling fees).
    3. No Defect Found: If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you, and you'll be charged shipping and handling fees.
The new warranty period for any replacement part or exchanged product is 30 days (from the date you receive it), or the remaining time within the original warranty period, or any applicable additional mandatory warranty period under your jurisdiction's laws, whichever is longer.
Repair or replacement may involve using parts that aren't identical to the original but have equivalent performance and functionality.
When your INAIRspace Product or any part of it is replaced, the replacement becomes your property, and any replaced product or part becomes the property of INAIRspace.
INAIRspace cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your INAIRspace Product without risk to or loss of your information and/or data, or that any replacement product will contain information and/or data stored in your original INAIRspace Product. Your information and/or data might be securely wiped for privacy reasons. Therefore, please back up all your information and/or data stored in your original INAIRspace Product before sending it to us for repair or replacement. INAIRspace assumes no liability for any damage directly or indirectly caused by the loss or disclosure of your personal data and/or information if you did not back up or delete them from the returned product.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

To the extent not prohibited by applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, INAIRspace only recognizes this Warranty. This Warranty and its terms are exclusive and replace all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral, written, statutory, express, or implied.
Except for express warranties in this Warranty and to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, INAIRspace disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and warranties and conditions against hidden or latent defects. Some states, provinces, jurisdictions, or countries don't allow disclaimers of such warranties, so this disclaimer may not apply to you. Where these warranties are applicable under the laws of your jurisdiction, they shall be limited to the Warranty Period. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the Warranty Period has expired. Some jurisdictions don't allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This Warranty does not affect any rights consumers may have under sales/purchase contracts with dealers. It is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you have under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction concerning the sale of consumer goods.
Liability: EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS OR REGULATIONS, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER INAIRSPACE WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, INAIRSPACE DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH AN INAIRSPACE PRODUCT OR THIS WARRANTY. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE OF THE INAIRSPACE PRODUCT DURING WARRANTY SERVICE, LOSS OF INFORMATION/DATA, OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE INAIRSPACE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION OR LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY. INAIRSPACE DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATION THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY INAIRSPACE PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY. INAIRSPACE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM.
If the applicable laws or regulations of your jurisdiction do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, then limitations or exclusions within this Warranty might not apply to you.

Policy for Damage or Faults Not Covered by the INAIRspace Warranty

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable laws, the following conditions are not covered by this Warranty:
  • Claims made after the Warranty Period has expired.
  • Missing warranty card, invoice, or proof of purchase, or discrepancies between warranty card/invoice information and proof of purchase.
  • Damage caused by rough handling, direct sunlight exposure, liquid contact, storage in humid or extremely high temperatures or other harsh environments, or use during severe environmental changes.
  • Damage caused by external factors, such as physical damage to the product or accessories (including but not limited to cracks or scratches on the surface of the product or accessories, screens, or lenses).
  • Any damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and adjust the product according to the requirements of the "User's Manual."
  • Failure or damage caused by rough handling of this product beyond reasonable use.
  • Any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or flashing performed by persons not authorized by INAIRspace.
  • Failure caused by circumstances outside INAIRspace's control.
  • Normal wear and tear of the product or accessories.
  • Any errors in third-party apps not provided by INAIRspace (INAIRspace does not guarantee that the operation of any computer or other device connected to INAIRspace's product or accessories will be error-free).
  • Use of accessories not approved by INAIRspace.
  • The product has been resold (i.e., you are not the original purchaser).
  • You have reverse-engineered, decompiled, or disassembled the product.
  • Use of products in violation of any laws or against any of your agreements with INAIRspace.
  • Failures or damage not caused by product design, manufacturing, and quality issues.
  • This Warranty does not cover loss of information and/or data; it is your responsibility to regularly back up your information and/or data. Any damages or costs related to information/data loss, information/data recovery, removal, and installation are not recoverable under this Warranty.

Making a Claim Under the INAIRspace Warranty

After discovering faults with products or accessories, please take the following steps:
  1. Consult Resources: Refer to the user's manual or visit our official website www.inairspace.com/FAQS to find relevant information that may help you identify and address the problem.
  2. Contact Support: If problems cannot be resolved after consulting the user's manual or visiting the official website, you can contact the "contact us" section of the INAIRspace official website or send an email to support@inairspace.com for further help and information.
  3. Provide Information: When contacting INAIRspace, please submit the correct information through the "contact us" section of the official website or via email to support@inairspace.com:
    1. a. Your product purchase order.
    2. b. The warranty card of the problematic products, as per the purchase order.
    3. c. A description of the fault, along with a video or picture if possible.
    4. d. Ensure your address and contact information have not changed since purchase, or provide your accurate current address and contact information.
    5. e. Ensure you have the original invoice, receipt, or sales slip provided when you bought the product. If you make any claim within the Warranty Period, you must present valid proof of purchase; otherwise, INAIRspace has no obligation to repair or replace the product under this Warranty.
  4. Return Authorization: After you complete the above steps, INAIRspace will initially confirm the existence and nature of the problems you've reported and provide information on how to return the defective products once confirmed. You may need to pay for shipping, handling, insurance fees, and other costs in advance. You must also package the returned products properly to protect them from any damage caused by collision, compression, or violent handling during transportation. If the product is damaged due to your improper packaging, it will no longer be covered by the warranty.

Additional Terms for Consumers in the United Kingdom:

This Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty and provides rights separate from rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods.
As such, the benefits of this Warranty are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law of the United Kingdom. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim Warranty Service under this Warranty or under their consumer law rights. It is important that this Warranty shall not apply to consumer law claims.
