How to Fix INAIR Space Windows 11 Connection Issues (2026 Guide)

Why Won't INAIR Space Connect on Windows 11?

INAIR Space Windows 11 connection issues typically stem from strict Windows Security settings blocking the app's network access, outdated P2P streaming protocols, or driver installation failures when using the INAIR Wakey accessory. If you only see a "large blue swirl" in your glasses or cannot connect across different networks, you need to grant INAIR Space network permissions in your Windows 11 firewall and ensure you are part of the upcoming Agora-based architecture update to fix remote streaming latency.

Fixing the "Blue Swirl" and Connection Drops

Many Windows 11 users have reported plugging in their glasses and only seeing a blue swirl graphic instead of their desktop. Furthermore, the application may randomly disconnect after a few minutes.

Immediate Troubleshooting Steps:

Disable Security Blocks: Windows 11 often blocks new screen-sharing apps silently. Go to Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Allow an app through firewall, and ensure INAIR Space has both Private and Public network access checked.
Avoid Adapters: Do not use third-party USB-C hubs or adapters. Plug the Wakey or the direct connection cable directly into the PC's main Type-C port.

The P2P Bug and the Upcoming Agora Update

A major pain point for Windows 11 users in 2026 is attempting to use the INAIR Wakey to stream their PC screen from a different network (e.g., from a coffee shop to a home PC). Users report seeing a very low-resolution square or getting a "cannot stream" error.

The Reality: This is a known limitation of our older P2P (Peer-to-Peer) network architecture, which struggles with cross-network NAT traversal on certain routers. The Fix: We are officially rolling out the new INAIR SPACE architecture powered by Agora next week! This massive update abandons the old P2P method, drastically reducing streaming latency and allowing reliable remote connections across different Wi-Fi and cellular networks. Ready for Reliable Remote Streaming?

The Agora update runs on the INAIR Pod, whether you're using it with third-party glasses or our own. For travelers who want the full kit already streamlined, the INAIR 2 Go Pack is built for exactly this kind of on-the-move connectivity.
