How to Order Custom INAIR Pod Prescription Lenses in 2026

Can You Get Prescription Lenses for INAIR AR Glasses?

Yes, you can order custom INAIR Pod prescription lenses directly from our website. To ensure crystal-clear vision in your spatial workspace, you must upload an accurate optometrist prescription during checkout. This must include your Sphere (SPH), Cylinder (CYL) for astigmatism, Axis (AXIS) if you have astigmatism, and your Pupillary Distance (PD). Please note that our optical lab can only manufacture single-vision lenses; we do not currently support progressive, bifocal, or gradient lenses.

The #1 Reason Custom Lenses Are Delayed

When customers ask, "Why hasn't my lens order shipped yet?", it is almost always because the prescription data provided was incomplete.

Crucial Prescription Details You Must Provide:

  • CYL and AXIS are twins: If your prescription has a Cylinder (CYL) value (meaning you have astigmatism), you must also provide the AXIS value. The lab cannot cut the lens without knowing the angle (AXIS) of your astigmatism.
  • PD (Pupillary Distance): If your optometrist gave you a "Dual PD" (e.g., Left 34.5, Right 35.5), simply add them together to get your Single PD (70) when filling out standard forms.

"What Does 'Uncut Lenses' Mean?"

If you look closely at your INAIR 2 Go Pack or Elite Suite box contents, you might see "Uncut Lenses" listed.

  • Don't panic: "Uncut lenses" simply refers to the blank, non-prescription plastic templates included in the box. You can take these physical templates to your local optometrist so they can cut custom lenses to fit perfectly into the INAIR magnetic frames if you prefer not to order them directly from us.

Ready to Get Set Up?

If you're starting from scratch, the INAIR 2 Go Pack and INAIR 2 Elite Suite both include uncut lens templates ready for your prescription. Already have a pair of glasses and just need the Pod behind them? The INAIR Pod works with your existing hardware.

Clear vision shouldn't be an afterthought in a spatial workspace—it's the whole point. Discover more about what we're building.
