How Do You Optimize VITURE Glasses on the INAIR Pod?
To get the best experience using VITURE glasses (specifically the Luma Ultra) with the INAIR Pod, it is crucial to update to the April 2026 firmware. Previously, using the INAIR Pod's spatial features forced the VITURE glasses into a high-power state, causing the device to overheat and the battery to drain within a few hours. The latest update introduces a Native 3DoF Mode specifically designed for the VITURE Luma Ultra, drastically reducing power consumption and eliminating thermal issues.
The Overheating Problem Explained
We value honest feedback from our users. Several VITURE Luma Ultra owners reported that while the display quality was fantastic, the INAIR Pod would become uncomfortably hot after short use, sometimes requiring an external cooling fan, and leading to system reboots.
This occurred because the spatial tracking was relying too heavily on raw, unoptimized 6DoF calculations, which overwhelmed the system when paired with VITURE's specific camera and display power draws.
The Solution: Native 3DoF Mode
In our April 2026 Major Update, we addressed this directly. We are introducing a Native 3DoF mode for VITURE Luma Ultra.
By shifting from an inefficient spatial calculation to a native, optimized 3DoF protocol, we achieved three things:
(Note: The INAIR Pod currently does not support the hand-gesture controls integrated into the VITURE Neckband camera. Navigation is handled via the INAIR Pod's precise Air Mouse).
Run Your VITURE Glasses Cooler and Longer
The INAIR Pod now runs VITURE Luma Ultra at full spatial capability without the overheating. Building a setup from scratch instead? The INAIR 2 Elite Suite pairs the same optimized Pod with our own glasses.
An overheating Pod was never a hardware ceiling—it was a software inefficiency, and now it's fixed. Discover more about what we're building.
