INAIR User Feedback Rewards 2026: Help Us Improve

Does INAIR Offer User Feedback Rewards?

Yes, INAIR offers user feedback rewards to customers who help our R&D team identify, replicate, and solve complex software bugs. If you encounter an undocumented glitch—such as a specific app crashing, UI elements overlapping, or a unique connection error—and you provide our support team with detailed steps to reproduce it, video evidence, and your device's log files (SN required), you may be rewarded with free accessories (like the INAIR Touchboard or Hub), high-value discount codes, or direct partial refunds.

Don't Just Return It—Help Us Fix It!

When a user encounters a bug (like the recent "White Keyboard Box" in Firefox), the instinct is often to leave a 1-star review on Amazon and return the device.

While we respect the 30-day return policy, we highly encourage you to report the bug to our tech support first. We are a fast-moving spatial computing company in 2026. If you find a software flaw, there is a very high probability our engineers can patch it in the next OTA update.

How to Submit a "Reward-Worthy" Bug Report

To qualify for feedback rewards, your support ticket needs to be actionable.

  1. Describe the specific scenario: "When I use the Viture Luma Ultra, turn on zero-axis stabilization, and start screen recording, the screen goes black." (This was a real, highly valuable user report!)
  2. Provide the ROM Version & SN: Always include your current firmware version and the Device SN (starts with DH).
  3. Upload Logs: Follow the instructions in the INAIR Space app to upload error logs directly to our servers.

When your detailed report leads directly to an official bug fix, our team will reach out to compensate you for your time and contribution to the INAIR ecosystem!
