Who is INAIR for?

Whether for business travelers needing productivity tools or leisure-seeking gamers and media enthusiasts, INAIR's AI spatial computer delivers immersive experiences through its unique capabilities—including an expansive display, real-time 3D conversion, and wireless streaming—to suit diverse use cases.

Who is INAIR not for?
  • Requires significant local computing power, as our local computing power is not substantial.
  • The computer is managed by the company, making it inconvenient to stream information externally.
  • Requires wearing progressive lenses to see the screen clearly.
What’s the difference between “AR display” and “spatial computing”?

Think of AR display as a floating window for your phone—it’s limited. Spatial computing anchors your entire digital workspace into your physical space, enabling manipulation, creation, and multi-screen workflows in true 3D.

Is a larger field of view always better?

Not necessarily. While a larger field of view can enhance immersion, it requires more power, higher hardware specs, and better optical design, which could lead to bulkier, more expensive glasses. The key is finding the right balance between field of view and resolution. A moderate field of view with high resolution often offers a better experience than a large but blurry one.

Why do some other 2D-to-3D features cause eye strain or dizziness, but INAIR's doesn't?

The discomfort often stems from incoherent depth maps. Conventional methods using smaller algorithms can misjudge spatial relationships, creating conflicting visual cues—like a person appearing at one depth while the ground they stand on appears at another. This "visual discord" forces your brain to work harder to make sense of the scene, leading to fatigue and dizziness. INAIR's Vision Transformer (ViT) model is trained for holistic scene understanding. It reconstructs depth by comprehending how all elements in a frame relate to each other in 3D space, resulting in a unified, plausible scene that aligns with your brain's natural visual processing, thereby enhancing comfort.

Will my third-party glasses get the exact same experience as INAIR glasses?

You will get the core INAIR OS experience, including the AI 3D conversion and app ecosystem. The main potential difference lies in multi-window support, which utilizes specific hardware-software integration. This feature is fully active on INAIR glasses and some XREAL models, and is being actively adapted for others based on demand and technical feasibility.

Can long-term use of this 3D mode cause eye strain or discomfort?

INAIR is designed with eye comfort in mind. The glasses project images at a focal distance meant to simulate looking at a screen several meters away, which is more relaxed for your eye muscles than staring at a nearby phone. The 3D effect itself creates a natural depth that your eyes converge on comfortably, similar to looking at the real world. Most users find it comfortable for extended periods. As with any screen time, taking occasional breaks is always recommended.

Can users who need prescription lenses get a clear visual experience?

Absolutely! INAIR offers customizable prescription lens accessories that seamlessly integrate with the glasses, ensuring crystal-clear vision without layering glasses.

Do I have to learn a whole new way to operate?

Nope! It's super intuitive – dragging, zooming, clicking feel familiar. Quick onboarding guides get most users flying in under 15 minutes.

How is privacy and security handled?

INAIR ensures user safety on three levels:
Hardware: Electrochromic technology prevents visual eavesdropping.
Software: End-to-end data encryption.
Usage: Smart environment awareness automatically triggers privacy protection.

How does INAIR's design reflect "sustainability"?

It's evident in three key areas: modular design allows for individual component upgrades, extending the device's life; high-quality materials ensure durability; and the software system supports continuous updates, preventing premature obsolescence. This approach significantly reduces electronic waste.

For the average user, what are the most noticeable design advantages of INAIR?

The most immediate benefits include an easy, out-of-the-box setup, ergonomic comfort for all-day wear, intuitive gesture controls, and smart context-aware adaptability. Users can get started quickly without a steep learning curve—a true mark of great design.

Compatibility & Connectivity

This section addresses one of the most critical concerns for users: "Will this work with my stuff?

How does this "open platform" strategy benefit the broader AR ecosystem in the long run?

An open, universal compute platform like the INAIR Pod creates a larger, more attractive target for developers. Instead of fragmenting their efforts across multiple closed, single-brand ecosystems, developers can build applications for a common spatial computing platform that serves users across multiple hardware brands. This attracts more innovation and higher-quality content, which in turn makes the entire category more valuable for all users and hardware makers. It's a strategy focused on growing the overall market by solving a foundational bottleneck.

How often will compatibility be updated?

INAIR delivers regular monthly OTA (Over-the-Air) updates. These updates frequently contain performance improvements, new features, and expanded compatibility optimizations. The best way to stay informed is to join the official INAIR community channels.

Will more glasses brands be supported in the future?

Troubleshooting & Support

A vital section for post-purchase support, helping users solve common problems quickly.

Why do a small number of users feel dizzy when wearing glasses?
  • Incorrect prescription strength—this is uncommon.
  • Improperly fitted or mounted lenses.
  • Incorrectly adjusted temples (arms) of the glasses.
  • The screen is too bright.
  • Individual sensitivity to 3D effects (motion sickness).
If an INAIR Pod experiences an anomaly when connected to Xreal One:

Pod supports the usage of xreal one glasses  After inserting the Pod into the xreal one glasses, wait for 35 seconds (including 20 seconds displaying "XREAL" + 15 seconds displaying "No video signal detected"), If the screen remains black without displaying any information, click the button above the right temple of the glasses to enter the INAIR system normally

If no video signal detected on XREAL One Pro
  1. You need to set the glasses to dp mode and sbs
  2. Plug them in turn n pod wait for the video signal to go away and you'll get like a color bar menu
  3. At that point enter the one pro menu
  4. I suggest setting the one pro to boot into dp mode automatically from the menu
  5. Then you'll see image and you'll need to enable sbs
If INAIRSpace download is blocked by antivirus software

For antivirus software such as Norton, McAfee, etc.:

  1. Please refer to the official solution provided by McAfee: https://www.mcafee.com/support/s/article/000001817?language=en_US
  2. The ultimate solution is to modify the packaging method and apply to the security software companies for certification. Our developers are currently working on this.
What should I do if the display looks blurry or I see double images?

If content is blurry and you need optical correction, you can order customized lenses. If you see double vision (ghosting), it may be because your IPD (interpupillary distance) is outside the 57mm–70mm range or the left and right screens are not at the same height.

Why can't I use the remote streaming feature in my region?

Due to limitations from different regional carrier environments, remote cross-network streaming may not be supported on certain carrier networks in specific areas. You can try switching to another carrier network.

What should I do if my TV shows nothing when I try to cast to it?

First, ensure your INAIR Pod and display are on the same Wi-Fi network. Then, check that the TV's screen mirroring function is active. If it still fails, try restarting both devices. A wired HDMI connection is a reliable alternative.

How to fix tilt?
