Shipping Policy
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delivery delays and incur duties or taxes assessed by customs officials. INAIR has no control over these processes, and any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.
Prescription Lenses: Customized orders with prescription lenses require additional production time. Please allow 10-15 additional business days for processing before shipment. The shipping time (3-7 business days) will apply after the lenses are manufactured and your order is dispatched.
Package Processing Time
Your Order Processing Time is the period from when you place your order until we hand it over to the delivery service.
Typically, we ship orders within 1 business day of your payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take a little longer to process.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Please note: It can take 24 to 72 hours for tracking information to update. This may take a bit longer during weekends, special events, or holidays.
Once you have your tracking number, you can check your delivery status directly on the carrier's website.
